Reliable for dog treats

This was my third order from Downtown Pet Supply. I usually get their Beef Collagen Sticks and some Poop Bag Dispensers. Their quality has been consistent each time. The sticks are always a good size and last a while. Shipping is always within a few days, which is what I've come to expect. It's why I keep coming back instead of trying other places.

My dog likes these treats

So I needed some new treats for my dog, a friend told me about Downtown Pet Supply. I just grabbed a bag of their Chicken Jerky and a Plush Squeaky Toy. The toy is cute, not super durable, but my dog loved it for a day. The jerky though, she goes nuts for. It showed up quick enough, like 5 days to reach my place in Texas. Pretty easy to order too, I just used my phone. All in all, pretty good.

Fast shipping, quality chews

Got some Himalayan Yak Chews. Shipping was fast. Product arrived as described. My dog loved them. Good experience.

Good value for bulk treats

I was looking for some good deals on Bully Sticks and found Downtown Pet Supply. I signed up for their newsletter and got a 10% off code, which was nice. I also took advantage of their bulk discount on the larger pack of Bully Sticks. With the free shipping since my order was over $25, I felt like I got a really good deal. The overall cost per stick was much lower than what I'd usually pay at my local pet store. Definitely worth it for the savings.

Good quality, quick delivery

I ordered a No-Pull Dog Harness and some Freeze Dried Dog Treats. The ordering process was pretty straightforward on their site. It shipped out the next day and arrived within 4 days to my address in California. The harness feels really durable and the treats seem to be a hit with my dog. I had a question about sizing the harness, so I used their online chat; the person was helpful and answered my questions quickly. Overall, a solid experience from start to finish. I'd definitely consider ordering again.

Decent products, slow shipping

I ordered a Winter Dog Coat and some Training Treats. The coat seems well-made and fits my dog nicely. The treats are a good size for training, and my dog responds well to them. However, shipping took a full week, which felt a bit long compared to other online stores. I know they say 3-5 business days, but it pushed past that. Customer service responded quickly when I inquired about the delay, which was helpful. Overall, happy with the products, just wish delivery was a bit faster.
